How To Demonstration: How To Make Quick Chocolate Pudding
For my ‘How to Demonstration’, I’ll be making chocolate pudding. I will bring in all the ingredients which include heavy cream, mini marshmallow and chocolate chips, along with other utensils such as a saucepan, wisk and cups. My plan is to go through the steps required to make the pudding and ‘fake’ make the pudding in class. I’ll have an already completed version of the pudding by my side to show everyone at the end. Since I won’t be able to actually make it in class due to the lack of a stove and a refrigerator, I will create a video at home in order for the class to fully understand how everything should look. Unfortunately, since the pudding is served best when coming out fresh out of the refrigerator, I will not be making enough for the entire class, in case it goes bad by the time my presentation starts. However, the class will still be able to see the entire final product in person. Some may even taste it at their own risk.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup of Mini Marshmallows
- ½ cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Process:
1) In a small saucepan, add the heavy cream and marshmallows and let it heat up until the marshmallows melt.
2) Turn the heat off and add the chocolate chips.
3) Stir until the chocolate melts and place this mixture into 2 small or 1 large glass cup.
4) Let it cool in the fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes.
