        (1) Primary Duty: Material Control Night Check Supervisor/ALPO.LS2 has performed flawlessly as the Material Control night supervisor, providing mentoring and leadership for four junior Sailors. His fleet experience has significantly enhanced divisional performance. Under his leadership, MATCON diligently screened, validated, and expedited $23MM in NMCS/PMCS/ANMCS requisitions.

 

c.        Emphasis on Performance.

        

        (1) Collateral Duty: IMMRL Manager

His demonstrated exceptional managerial skills in the 100 percent accountability of 1,946 IMRL assets valued at $29MM.

d.        Demonstrated Superior Leadership Ability.

He served as an excellent role model for all of his Sailors. His direct hands-on forklift training led the qualification and licensing of 4 new personnel on the 20k Heavy Forklift vehicle greatly enhancing personnel flexibility.
