As a Bangladeshi citizen, I have been thinking that in a developing country like ours, achieving educational excellence in all essential fields must be of top priority for the betterment of the country. However, this system has shown little progress over the last decades in terms of global recognition of university degrees and the quality of education to satisfy certain criteria of surviving global competition. Moreover, in our country there is a big imbalance in the level of practical and theoretical study in universities which I believe is a big step behind. To pursue a much better educational environment I would like to enroll at North Dakota State University as a transfer student hoping to enrich my field of study through a global experience.

One of the main reasons I chose NDSU is because it achieved the AACSB Accreditation which certifies it as among the top 600 business schools in the world. As a matter of fact not only the accreditation, the courses concerning the accounting major is well organized and attractive compared to other business schools I have known of. The internship facilities and Co-op programs offered by NDSU well satisfies my expectation and the prospective opportunity of working as an intern in some of the elite organizations attracted me the most. Moreover, my sister who has been living in USA for the last 7 years recommended NDSU as a good platform for grooming myself through academic programs, recreational activities, and community involvement and services which embrace its distinctive location and weather conditions.

My father and grandfather were both involved in business administration so I decided to follow their footsteps. As a career motto I believe that a good accountant is always a "debit to his profession". As my goals became clear through constant competence in accounting my desire to enter into a business school became brisk.
