This research is based on the big 5 personality questionnaire and the likely of the results being accurate. The five different types of dimensions people normally describe human personalities is referred to as the OCEAN model of personality. The acronym OCEAN stands for Openness to experience/intellect, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. This compares to the personality type of an individual and how well it fits or does not fits the current job/occupation. Personality of an individual can be determined by the cultural input, family environment, effects of parenting, exposure to traumatic events, etc.

Based on the big 5 personality questionnaire, I scored high on conscientious, and agreeable. I scored low on open to experiences, extraversion, and neuroticism. According to the outcome of the questionnaire, people who score high on openness to experience/intellect tend to be original, curious, and complete. People with low score tend to be conventional, down to earth, narrow interests, uncreative. I scored low on openness to experience, which in some ways is true based on my behavior and personality. I tend to follow conventional ways, but I disagree with the uncreative point and being close-minded. I normally find many ways of being creative in problem solving and coming up and trying new ideas. Under conscientiousness, people with high scores tend to be reliable, well-organized, self-disciplined, careful; and low scores tend to be disorganized, undependable, and negligent. I scored high on this topic, which I agree with because I am very well organized and can be relied upon.
Under extraversion, high scores tend to be sociable, friendly, fun loving, talkative and low scorers tend to be introverted, reserved, inhibited, quiet. I scored low on extraversion, and I believe it’s true because I am a very reserved person and I tend to observe a lot before I get comfortable with other individuals. I don’t necessarily tend to shy away from social situations, but I do tend to listen more and talk less. High scorers under Agreeableness tend to be good natured, sympathetic, forgiving, courteous, whereas low scorers tend to be critical, rude, harsh and callous. I scored high on agreeableness, which is true. I am courteous, supportive and good-natured to everyone. Under Neuroticism, high scorers tend to be nervous, high-strung, insecure and worrying; low scorers tend to be calm, relaxed, secure and hardy. I scored low on neuroticism, it is true that I remain calm even in tense situations. But for me, the level of nervousness depends on the stress level of the situation I am in. Based on the score I got on the personality questionnaire, I think it suits my current job. I currently work as
