Training opportunities can be inside the classroom through modules or peer-to-peer mentoring. An employee’s career development is important to the company which is why the company will opportunities for advancement, and offer frequent promotion opportunities. Throughout the year, employees will get coaching on career development through meetings with their respective managers. Improvement in access to advanced degrees and trainings on topics such as entrepreneurship and proficiency in different languages, including through distance or online learning, will be promoted.
