I. Problem Identification
Before identifying the problem, I would like to emphasize that I chose Jasper Hennings, President of the Company’s point of view in order to solve the problem.
The major problem as I can see is there was no stricter rules on the Company’s Internet Use of Policy, but not only on the Internet use but also on the entire handling of the company data and files. Another problem is that Jasper, does not know how to deal with his Chief Operating Officer’s behavior on visiting pornographic sites. Lastly, the issue about the lady employee who was fired by Henry for having accessed another worker’s e-mail.
II. Objectives
To implement properly how to secure and monitor that the company resources/equipment like the Internet is mainly used for business-related activities.

Ethical Standards (Utilitarianism, Justice & Fairness, Rights & Duties, Care)
In the Cultural Leadership way, the leader defines and communicates properly central values that employee believe in and will rally around. The leader should also make sure that work procedures systems match and reinforce the values.
Technological Dimension, this includes the scientific and technological advancement in an industry as well as the society. Proper use of technologies should promote company to gain bigger market share and help achieve the company’s goals in a day-to-day basis.
Using the Ethical Standards as a tool for decision making in a company.
