Smoothies
Smoothies are a fantastic wonderful way to gain a ton of nutrients. They are very versatile. You can make them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or pre/post workout! You can put almost anything in a smoothie. I personally love fruit smoothies. I sometimes also like to add spinach/kale/ or some sort of green in there to get those extra vitamins! Below are a list of a bunch of smoothies that I have compiled. Hope you enjoy!
Orange-Berry Smoothie
• 1 c. frozen blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
• ½ c. low-fat yogurt
• ½ c. orange juice
Tutti-Frutti Smoothie
• ½ c. mixed frozen berries
• ½ c. canned crushed pineapple in juice
• ½ c. plain yogurt
• ½ banana
• ½ c. orange juice
Plankless Peach
• 2 c. fat-free milk
• 2 c. frozen peaches
• ¼ c. orange juice
• Stevia to taste
Very Berry Orange
• 2 oranges
• 1 c. frozen blueberries
• 1 c. frozen raspberries
Pre-Workout Strawberry
• 5 strawberries
• ½ banana
• ½ c. fat-free greek yogurt
• ½ c. fat-free milk
• Ice
Post-Workout Peanut Butter Banana
• ½ c. fat free greek yogurt
• 1 banana
• 2 tbsp. peanut butter
• 1 ½ tbsp. honey
• ½ c. fat-free milk
• Ice
