Who do you think is the most important person in a company? Many people may say the
President of the company, CEO, the accountant, or maybe the mailroom personnel. The most
important person in a company is the Human Resource Management. You might say“Why
them?” They are the people that hire, fire, set rules, determine compensation packages, and
salaries. HR is the driving force that will make their company successful
Human resource management (HRM) is based in the efficient use of employees to achieve goals within a company or other organizations. The most important aspect of being a Human Resource Manager is the use of the talents and abilities of each employee to meet the functional goals that are the most important results of the organization. This practice also seeks to ensure that all the company’s employees are content with both their working environment and the compensation and benefits that they receive. People only see one side of HR because they only think of HR as the ones that hire personnel. The other side of the HR is the behind the scenes job they have. The HR department are the ones who draft all the positions openings with in the company. They also set the Standard Operating Procedures for current employees and the new hires to follow so that everybody will be on the same page. Probably, the most important job HR has is to find the best benefit package for employees. If you have an employee that is not content with their work environment and compensation, they will be looking for another job with a company that will fulfill that need. HRM is the most important part of any company because of the influence that they have on the company and employee’s do not even know it
