The Nurture and Care organization

This organization mainly focuses towards proffering day care services for the elderly population that are suffering from dementia. Dementia is a mental condition that mostly affects aging individuals and involves variant and continually worsening stages in relation to memory loss. The patients usually under the care of this organization are those who cannot stay alone for a full day because of their memory loss conditions. This organization has locations in ten states. In overall, it has thirty locations. The center is usually open from 6 am to 6 pm. It usually invests in employing licensed nurses to take care of its patients. All its facilities can accommodate a maximum of fifty patients each. This essay will seek to highlight the ethics of this particular organization in addition to explaining its approaches and methodologies in relation to socially responsible business practices.

Value Statement

The overall administration and advent of the institution is based on Christian approaches and guidelines. Christian values base heavily on and support compassion and sympathy towards the handicapped and underprivileged members of the population. These values are prevalent in all sections and departments of the venture and guide all decisions and actions especially in avenues concerning workplace discipline. It employs personnel in full consideration of cultural diversity aspects. The venture supports patients who have limited finances by according them care services at discounted costs that consider their fiscal ability.

Organization Ethics and Socially responsible Business Practices

Organization ethics refer to the ways in which a particular organization should act and react to its immediate external surrounding (McDaniel, 2004). Thus, they purport that though a venture’s foremost priority is to realize profits, it should not get so focused on it that it has to apply unfair and unethical means to accomplish this goal (Deckop, 2006).

Responsible procedures of a particular business in relation to business practices and processes refer to the acknowledgement of and reaction of a business towards the interdependence and interconnectedness of similar businesses (Kotler, 2011). This happens within its sector of operation and across the overall business world (Idowu, 2008).
