Thoughts About Personality

There are a few things that I declare as weaknesses as far as my professional occupation goes, one them is productivity and the other my personality. These results surprised me – especially about being productive and my Jungian Typology. I have an ISTJ personality, the definition matched. I am a very private person, having a very tight of friends, some the complete opposite of me.
I explored more about the traits of my personality type, seeing myself clearer, how being Introverted, has worked against me in various situations. However, I also learned that I am a visual learner, meaning I take notes, draw diagrams and highlight details when getting new information. Being extremely thorough, responsible, and dependable I have well-developed powers of concentration, working steadily to reach goals.
The main things I need to work on are
First and foremost is Public Speaking and Communication. As an ISTJ, I am extremely quiet, take in as much of the conversation as possible, only speaking when I feel I can contribute. Public speaking is an issue that I have always struggled with, I never liked being the center of attention. Being an introvert has made public speaking difficult for me. I need to overcome my quietness and take an active part in communicating.
Secondly is Attitude. I need to maintain my positive attitude at all times. My mindset is fundamentally important, increasing productivity and improving overall time management. Thinking positively, and taking small actions to improve my performance, also controlling the stress created by my work schedule, to do that, I need to start saying no, when asked to cover my previous position, as I may become overwhelmed.
Third is my Organization Skills. I believed that I was a well-organized person prior to the productivity self-assessment. The assessment showed my worst areas, were organization, attitude, and productive systems. This was a
