As I entered Topshop I got the best Christmas vibe I wanted to shop there and then the displays where set out beautifully and the alternative music that was on really suited the shops appearance. As I was comparing Topshop to New Look and River Island I would say Topshop had the best display but River Island had the best layout. While walking through River Island store I could view everything as I wanted there was no need for me to try and squeeze between rails to view garments. New looks layout was very hectic there was no sense of organisation things where lying about the place and it was an all over mess I would recommend they spread their shop out. Topshop was very cramped and crowded the layout could have being more spaced out to let people have a better look at the garments they were selling.

The staff inside Topshop wasn’t very helpful and again River Island bet them in this area, as soon as I walked through the door there was a member of staff there to greet me and ask if I needed any help with anything. I think Topshop should pick up on this because of the hectic atmosphere inside the store it would help customers in finding what they are looking for more easily and make them feel more welcomed into the store. New Looks oxford street store’s staff where all running around in a mad rush they gave no help to their customers.

The garments in Topshop ranged from £22-60. River Islands ranged from £25-58. New Look’s clothing ranged from £20-50. With Topshop and River Island both having the highest priced garments and New Look having the lowest priced garments it really shows that the more you spend the better quality and thought put into the garment. River Island had a good quality and there designs where thought out well but something’s you came across looked really cheap and not worth the money your expecting to pay for them. Topshop’s garments where well thought out and really well made they’re worth the money
