There are reasons why these topics are chosen because it is related very closely to our everyday life. Each lecturer has the characteristics and teaching methods vary, especially for foreign lecturer that have different cultural with us. Students also always have different perceptions on the importance of characteristics and teaching is considered as a good lecturer.

For example, there are lecturers who are always eagerly awaited by students and some lecturers that students do not feel anything if they do not there. Same for the foreign lecturer, so that get to know whether same or not for foreign lecturer. This will shows that there are many features lectures and lecturers teaching students liked and preferred by we have to study. A lecturer is, in the broadest sense, a person who gives lectures or other public speeches.

In the United Kingdom a lecturer is usually the holder of an open-ended position at a university or similar institution, often an academic in an early career stage, who teaches and also leads or oversees research groups. This contrasts with the practice in North America: the United States, Canada and other countries influenced by their educational systems, where the term is used differently. It generally denotes academic experts without tenure in the university, who teach full- or part-time but who have few or no research responsibilities within the institution where they teach. In most research universities in the United States, the title of lecturer requires a doctorate or equivalent degree. There are 2 types of lecturer, there are local lecturer and foreign lecturer that come from other country and stay another country and give their lectures.
