Abstract Summarization
In my paper I plan to explore all the options of coping with death of your self and death of a loved one. There are many options and stories from people and what they have done to deal with death. When I was about 8 years old my grandpa died, I thought life was over and that I would never be happy again. He was my absolute favorite person in the entire world, and worst of all was how my grandma reacted. Seeing her upset was more upsetting then knowing that I would never see my grandpa again.
People have their own ways in dealing with death, such as different cultures. There is also the ethical way of dealing with death and how a philosopher would tell you how to deal with it. In my family my mom side is Christian and my dad’s side is Catholic, they both have very different ways of dealing with the death of a loved one. On my moms side we had a small ceremony for my grandpa and he was cremated and his ashes were spread over Huntington Beach. For my Grammy on my dad’s side, we had and open casket ceremony followed by a church service the next day.
No matter what happens in life, their will always be death, your own death or a loved one. And finding the right way for you to deal with it will take some time. Everyone can get through it, and learn how to cope.
