Fishbone diagram is very efficient tool to find out cause and effects of the particular thing. And talking about week relationship between top level managers and staffs it makes negative impact on the growth of the organization. I found that how communication, processes and working environment are related for week relationship between top level managers and staffs. Basically with lack of proper communication it degrades the relation between managers and staff. Management secrets, feedback, lack of motivation, confusing messages and communication skills are the secondary causes which lead with communication for week relation between top level managers and staffs. As management tends to hold the secrets and staffs feel like they are not treated well. Also with the lack of proper communication skill and confusing messages it also leads to week relationship.

Staffs and managers should be able to do their task being on a place where peace and less noise.
