This report presents an analysis of the test that was taken by me in the beginning of the EMBA program, the IPAT.

Section 1: Introduction

In this section of my research paper I will take a look at the results of my IPAT test. I will go over the testing procedure and my experience with the aforementioned test. I will look at and discuss the presentation of Personal Career Development Profile which is a narrative summary of my results and I will also review the sixteen Personality Factor Patterns that were presented in numerical and graphical format. Consequently I will take look at My Global Factor Patterns that were derived from sixteen personality factors as summarized and generalized categories.

Section 2: PF Results and Global Factors

This section of the report analyzes sixteen Personality Factors and Global Factors in depth. I found out that some of my scores are questionable, like “Affiliativness”, but majority of them were described very close to my own understanding of myself. I made a better visual representation of my traits with the percent scale. I also provided definitions of all of the traits and their relevance to me.

Section 3: PCDP Results

In this section of the report I summarized the results from PCDP and gave basic description of each of the five reviewed categories and their application to me. I also asked my wife to provide her opinion on the description of my behavioral traits presented by the PCDP. After each of the five narrative sections of personal career development profile I made my own conclusion and showed how it applies to me, cross-referencing it with the opinions of my conformer.

Section 4: Relationship of in class exercises and 16PF/PCDP

In this section I presented my findings in correlation with the results of IPAT and the outcomes
