Risk assessment form for visits
Date of visit: 22/1/15
Venue: Theatre
Name of assessor:
The trip that I am planning for my students is to go watch Rapunzel in King George’s hall. I will be taking the children from my placement Cedars Primary School, this will be a trip linked to the work they do in English, we will be getting there by a mini bus and we will be coming back in the mini bus as well, this trip will take place on the 22/1/15 to help them with their work as they may learn/understand better by watching than just reading also they might be able to retell the story for their work better. There is a ratio 4:8, the reason why my ratio is high is because some of my students have behaviour problems and I don’t want any one being injured as it is my responsibility to ensure everyone is safe as it is essential I follow the safeguarding act
