Unemployment of Fresh Graduate in Malaysia

Abstract
Malaysia consider as developing country that economic growth is the big issue effect Malaysia developing procedure whereby unemployment in Malaysia is part of the factor to make economy growth slowly. Therefore, there is some of the fresh graduates unconsciously become unemployment when there are graduated from university and secondary school. This research paper is focus on the solution to help fresh graduate break away and avoid them becoming unemployment. Besides that, the purpose of this study was frame an understanding expectation of employer for employability that this will give some tips for fresh graduates easy to get a job. In other hand, this study will be provided the introduction of the study such as background, related literature and research methodology to make a big picture and structure of research produce.

The study of section A will explain about the research topic has been done by other researchers that understand the background of the study whereby the research topic will be unemployment of fresh graduate in Malaysia. Therefore, section A also will mention about statement of the problem that happened in Malaysia before. As a researcher, they may have objective of the study in research paper because researchers can follow the objective to find the data and will not be wrong direction when doing research that objective of the study will be involved in section A. besides that, the study of section A will be design the research question base on previous research paper. Last but not least, researchers have to aware the limitation of the study because it can avoid the same thing happen during the research procedure whereby limitation also including in section A.
- Background of the study
Fresh graduate unemployment are always happen in the business field when undergraduate students finished their study and they did not start working that it’s consider as unemployment. Therefore, according to Tang (2011) unemployment problem was happened in Malaysia that over 200,000 students graduate from university and college but there are 10 out of 40 graduates students are still maintain in unemployment situation. Shockingly, there are also degree holders including in the unemployment list that high education are no longer is a guarantee for students to find a proper job (Alfred and et al., 2008).
