Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Did you know that the cast of Winnie the Pooh has ADHD problems? Like for example, Winnie the Pooh has this tendency to be inattentive from time to time. We can see that Pooh is lovable, kind, but he is also sluggish, slow-moving, and also unmotivated that pictures him from having Inattentive ADHD. Tigger who always likes to bounce that shows his hyper-activeness and Piglet, who has trouble shifting attention problems. She always worries about things in her surroundings and she is also easily startled. (Amen, 1997) Pooh, Tigger, and Piglet all have ADHD problems but they have different kinds and types of this said disorder. If we come to think of it, what is really the meaning of ADHD? ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a developmental disorder that is caused by several factors, and it results in physical and mental breakdown.

I saw a video once and the topic was about ADHD. As I was watching, I saw a child moving around the room like a worm that cannot control itself from settling in one place. He was constantly blabbering words like there’s no tomorrow. His way of seeking attention to the people around him is unbelievable. At first, he was perfectly fine, but all of a sudden tears crashed down his cuddy cheeks. He wanted the crayon back so bad that you can see nerves coming out of his neck. It was very scary how he stared at the camera, looking very aggravated. Calming him down is like next to impossible. Teachers tried to give him something to change the child’s mood, but they weren’t successful. They waited for the world to end until the child stopped crying. It was very unusual.

When we say inattention, children are easily distracted. They usually have a hard time paying attention to a subject. They also have difficulties in processing information unlike other normal children. They often daydream, become easily confused, and they struggle following instructions. When a child shows symptoms of hyperactivity, he usually cannot calm down or settle in one place. Most often
