-Create two fictitious people, one is a morning person and the other is a night person. Describe their circadian rhythms, body temperature, and differences in behavior. Incorporate some examples of how their daily life might go using some everyday activities.

2 points for describing each person’s circadian rhythms, 2 points for describing each person’s body temperature, and 2 points for describing their differences in daily activirties and/or behavior.
Your circadian clock is set for 24hours and 18minutes, it must be reset every day, the resetting happens in the morning sunlight. Molly, who works a 9am-5pm job, is always up at 6am ready to start her day off with a nice run. As she has slept all night, due to her circadian clock that has prepared her for the night of sleep. Molly runs one mile every morning before work, then sits on the front porch waiting for the sun to fully rise. Molly makes a healthy conscious breakfast, and showers before heading out for work. As she arrives to work, she is in a chipper mood, and heads straight for her desk. She pulls off her sweater she had, seeing as her body is quite warm now. As molly’s work day finishes out, she sees her relief come through the door, Holly. Holly is here to work the overnight shift. Holly sluggishly walks through the door, barely picking up her head to make eye contact with anyone. Holly just woke up at 3:30pm; leaving herself with enough time to shower, and make it to work by 5pm. Holly brings in tv dinner for her late dinner she will have tonight. As Holly pulls her sweater closer over her goose bumped arms, she enters Molly’s office for that start of her night shift.
As you can see Molly, the morning girl, makes a healthy start to her day by getting up 3 hours early for work so she can run 1mile, eat a healthy meal for breakfast,
