Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on the Dairy Sector which is a very important sector for Kosovo’s development Therefore, this paper will include a brief description of the current situation and where this sector is standing. It will show the challenges that faced this sector through its years of development, including challenges within local areas, and challenges with imported dairy products. Also, it will explain the opportunities and possibilities for further development. However, most importantly, in this paper will be explained the possible steps to substitute consumption of imported dairy products with local dairy products and the path to changing customers’ behaviour.
