Problem definition for the Luxury Wine System (LWS)
Selling luxury wine is a difficult thing since the values are not complete information. However, the price of wine just like stocks is set by the market demand and supply mainly. In tradition, buyers can buy one or order more than one wine from the store. But now, Luxury Wine System (LWS) allows buyers to order online that the goods are from different retailers and place. Also, customers can give feedback to the sellers by posting comments in the forum so that those comments can help buyers to search the wine with a reasonable price. Added, Seller can be noticed by email instantly after purchase.
Operations & Procedures 1. Order assignment
1.1. Buyer can order wines by accessing LWS system. 1.2. Put wines order in the shopping cart
1.2.1. Buyers can preview order’s quantity, price, shipping from shopping cart-detail.
2. Comment reply
2.1. Buyer writes comment after purchase.
2.2. Administrator receives notice email about the comments.
2.3. If the comment is not appropriate, administrator can retrieve the comment.
