Instructions:
1. This assessment needs to be submitted every week and will be worth 10 points each week.
2. Your self and peer assessments are of 3 points respectively and 4 points for answering following three questions every week:
Q1. What did I do best to learn this week’s lab objective and what I learnt from this week lab practical? How can I do better next time? (1.5 points)
Q2. What were the problems I faced while working in this week’s lab, and how could I resolve them. Suggest some possible solutions. (1.5 points)
Q3. Share one example showing how you yourself have adhered to the topics given below in the rubric In addition, provide one example of how your team partner (peer) adhered to those topics. (1 point)
3. The goal is to reflect back and check how you and your team partner (peer) are progressing in the labs, and what steps are you taking for learning lab objectives, and performing labs together as “Teams” at your best.
4. Submit “Self and Peer” Assessment form every Tuesday to your Instructor, and then you will be assigned an “Instructor Score” by your Instructor. Print and keep a copy with you in a file. You will then submit this file at the very end of the Term for assessment purposes.
