Management Hierarchy Pc Lahore:

The management hierarchy of the company is as under:

• General Manager

• Executive Assistant Manager (Room Division)

• Executive Assistant Manager (Food & Beverages)

• Director of Finance

• Director of PRDirector of Sales

• Director of Human Resource

• Chief of Safety and Security

• Executive House Keeper

• Chief Engineer

It is worth mentioning here that the hotel doesn't have separate marketing department, and its marketing operations are carried out by its Public Relations department. The reasons for not having a separate department for marketing will be explained in the report.

Note: Before we jump on to the analysis of marketing strategies of PC Lahore, its important to mention here that report is written focusing on PC's target market, and target customers, which were described by the management as in house customers (those who visit the hotel for boarding and lodging purposes), and also in the wider market the hotel targets is the corporate and the business class, foreigners and natives both.

Providing Value to the Customers (CRM):

With an out class environment and ambiance Pc Lahore takes great pride in providing value to its customers. The staff at Pearl continental Hotel Lahore has been doing endless efforts to keep its customers satisfied and contended.

1) Customer Value: Customer's perceived value of hotel is already quite high, as the hotel is the sole five star chains present in the country, and so is PC Lahore the only five star hotels present in the city. However the company takes a lot of measures to maintain its high standards in food and cuisines.
