Lab Study C: Viewing Specimens

You are now ready to view your specimen. To look through the virtual oculars, please click the "Switch Views" button. Clicking this button will switch between "At View" and "Through View" of the microscope. Please refer to the microscope and follow along with the directions here. Please answer any questions on the Lab Report sheet. Using the "Through View Checklist" can help you with this part of the lab.

WHEN THE LETTER ā€œEā€ IS IN A ROUGH FOCUS IMAGE, THE COLOR OF THE LETTER IS MORE DIM LOOKING, LIKE FADED AND GRAY COLOR. WHEN THE LETTER IS IN A SHARP FOCUS, IT IS MORE COLORED AS DARK BLACK. I CAN ALSO SEE HOW CLEAR THE EDGES ARE AROUND THE LETTER.
