Organizational structure
Organizational structure is a system which is used to define a rank within an organization. It refers to each job which has its function where reports to within the organization. This structure is developed to establish how an organization operates and assists an organization in obtaining its goals to allow for future growth. Tall organizational structure has a large number of management levels. So it cannot be effective for the under control because of using step by step. Flat organizational structure has a small number of management levels. So it can be effective for the under control because it can be followed according to the ranks. So Yangon Hospital is tall and the Victoria is flat.
