Price: As you can see, the price is the No.1 factor which people like the least about Starbucks. Of course, price should not be the only key factor, and customers won't buy Starbucks just because of (a high) price. For some people, the high price means positive emotions, memories, better quality life and they are willing to pay more to enjoy coffee time in Starbucks.
