THE IMPORTANCE BALANCE DIET FOR FAMILY

A balanced diet is very important for family. We must eat healthy diet to make sure our body in a good condition. A balanced diet must include a variety of food from all of the food groups is one of the best things that we can do for our body and mind. Eating healthy food doesn’t to be expensive or difficult. All we need to balanced diet for family is provide our body with a balanced selection of the proper vitamins, minerals, proteins, and other nutrients needed daily that can help protect against a number of health conditions and diseases. The important of having a healthy balance diet for family are to have healthy eating habits, physical appearance, and mental health.

The first important of having a healthy balanced diet for family is to have healthy eating habits. Parents must guide their children to have healthy food to make sure their children don’t get sick or disease. Nowadays, we can see many people especially children gets obesity in young age. We must guide children not to eat too much sweet, fats, and fast food because if we don’t prevent our children to eat that, the children can get disease such as obesity. We must cutting fats and salts and choosing fresh fruits and vegetables that we can eat healthy eating convenient. When we eat a balance diet, we’re giving our body the vital nutrients it must have. These include proteins, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Protein can help build strong muscles, carbohydrates provide energy for daily tasks and fatty acids are converted into important chemicals.

Next, is a physical appearance. When we eat a balance diet our body is maintain in good and healthy. Nutrition is critical to maintaining an energetic lifestyle.
