Describe the experiments of Urey and Miller and how is contributed to the scientific understanding origin of life.
Urey and miller did there experiment to show weather living things could have been present on the early earth with its conditions. Showing that even with the conditions organisms can be formed which means that organisms might have been raised by early earth creating the idea of natural evolution. The results for there experiment were that they discovered numerous organic molecules, which were produced in the simulation conditions known as amino acids. There experiment tested Oparin's and Haldane's hypothesis which was on the original earth preferred that blended organic compounds from inorganic originators. After the experiment had been completed it was certain that molecules could be formed from through non-biological processes.

Water, methane, ammoniac and hydrogen were sealed inside sterile glass tubes and flasks connected in a loop. One flask was half-full of water, the other contained a pair of electrodes. The water was heisted to evaporation; sparks were fired between the electrodes to simulate lightning through the atmosphere and water vapour. It was then cooled again so the water could condense and trickle back into the first flask To verify whether it was possible for organic molecules to have formed from inorganic molecules in a reducing and energy-rich environment similar to early earth Numerous organic molecules were produce in the simulation conditions. (Formation of amino acids) scientists had proposed a model and through experimentation it was demonstrated that the model could have been corrected supports for Haldane and Oparin's theories about how the first organic molecules could have formed
