Was the Chosen Challenge Unfairly Biased Toward one of the Processes?

Being bright and open mind person Steve Gundrum try to implement the skills which he studied at software industry in some different industry and as he thought if there were already some developed methodologies such as open source movement and extreme programming techniques which makes the software industry tan times productive than food industry, why don’t implement this is some other industry also. Being the CEO of Matsson which were independent product developer in food and beverage industry Gundrum decide to implement this new approaches to develop new type of product (make challenge to create the world’s best-testing healthy cookie), which should be at first at least 15% superior to the supermarket overage, second fit the strict deadline, third it should be mainstream offered, appealing whole family member.
The group making approach in my point of view were fair since for each group he put as a manager the brightest persons from his stuff and also involve some experienced professionals from leading industries. It was some fair rivalry between the three groups called Delta Project to represent the changes within traditional approaches.
The three groups had been differed by the approach methods of problem solving: The open course method called Dream team being leaded by Matsson’s innovation manager Carol Borba and beaing involved with elite group of food industry. The final product which they come out to represent after some filtration process of ideas were astonishing range of cookies philosophy. The second group would be approached by extreme programming method being leaded by two Matsson’s young associates, food scientist Peter Dea and culinary expert Dan Howell. They set up a space in Matsson kitchen which were state-of-art prototype culinary laboratory. The product which come out to represent this group was hybrid oatmeal-chocolate chip cookie.
