Anger management is a learning process to see signs when you are becoming angry , and to learn to calm down and deal with the situation in a positive way. Anger is a healthy , normal emotion when you know how to express it appropriately. Anger Management is learning all these things. Even though you can learn to control your anger its wiser to see a mental health counselor or go to a anger management class. Coping well with anger is a learned behavior, just as behaving badly when you're young when things don't go your way. Anger management helps you see what really pushes your buttons and how to react to it in a better way. Things like 'feeling like you have to hold in your anger' 'often arguments with loves one for no reason' 'trouble with law' 'Physical violence' 'threaten people or their property' or 'out of control behavior' are signs of anger. Finding an anger management class is very challenging , you can't just walk in. You need a doctors referral, or check with your insurance company and friends for help.

When you start working on anger management see what makes you tick and see how your reaction is to it all when you become angry. Anger management classes or therapy for anger management can be done one on one with any you feel most comfortable with. This process may take weeks or months. Generally, consoling for anger management focuses on learning specific skills and ways or thinking to cope with your anger. If you have depression or addiction, you may need to work with these issues with your anger managements classes.

Improving your ability to manage anger has a number of benefits. You'll feel like you have more control when life's challenges turn up the heat, and more relaxed in challenging situations. Knowing how to express your feelings assertively means you won't feel frustrated because you feel like you need to "hold in" your anger
