It is possible that some distribution point authority figures would take the critic as an excuse to bully people. No matter in capitalist society or socialist society, it is prevalent that worker could get criticism from their boss for not doing a better job. In this case, if the worker accepts all the criticism and has no boundary, then he or she would be bullied through lifetime. Some may argue that if we counter the critic from their supervisor or boss, we could easily lose job, but it depends. If we work for living under bullying, we will lose job eventually, either for not standing the job longtime or fired by another reason that boss make to bully. Thus, we should analyze the critic before accepting it. When we notice the critic is not as serious as we think in mind, just ignore or counter the critic, do not allow those with malicious intent to bully us. In some circumstances, we are criticized for some reasons are actually no sense. We could be criticized for involving the benefit contest. We could be criticized for safeguarding our rights. We could be criticized for not meeting the greed of boss. None of above could be a reason that we accept the criticism. They are totally not encouragement.
Bullying behavior is seen all over the world and almost in all sections of society. It might start at an age as early as preschool and might last in the lifetime. How to deal with bullying in daily life is a very important course for everyone. Fortunately, we can find some solutions in this book, although mostly from a psychological point of view, it gives us a vision on how to identify and manage bullying.
