1 Does Project Management tend to make people value short term expediency in order to get the job     done?

A project manager is the one who has the entire responsibility to plan of a project the job title is used for construction, information technology and many other industries that are producing such cane of resources and services

The manager must be well educated that he have many different skills in that part of management and have the capability to ask penetrating question and detect problems which are minor and including the major so that he shall used such a skills which he have to see that all the problems are been solved and In general of management let him have all the skills.

And also the way he believed and hope to have success through pout the projects so let him also have the believe on the risks because is his responsibility to believe about any risk which may suddenly occur during the projects so he must have to take that risks throughout the  entire projects and let him listen to every significant participants which is participating on that project because a times they may be the risks when he did listen to their complain they may not go ahead and finish the work on that exactly time which is been made on the work break down structure the may break the rules and that is a risks for the manager and the entire projects let them express their opinion and concerns.

It is the responsibility of the project manager to make any decision on the projects other minor or major and it is another risks so let him have assurance that whatever he is deciding let it be the benefit the entire projects if not it is another risks for him.

2 Why Does the Project Manager tends to resist change?

Failure of a projects can occur due to the human nature because human beings resist some changes therefore understanding how the resist is and know how to tackle it is another way of bringing another everlasting change to them therefore to avoid the risks project manager have to know how to bring the end of resist so that he wouldn’t have much problem during his entire project work and here are some ways in which he can follow to make the changes about human resist changes most especially when he is working with different generation of employees let him have the knowledgeable one and according to their levels if necessary.
