1. What do you think of Feuerstein decision? What you have done had you been in his position?

I believe feuerstein's decision was the best thing to do for all and I would have decided the same.

2. What fact would be helpful as you make your judgements about Feuerstein?

• he considered the fact that the fire would not be a good reason of taking away jobs from 2500 Employees ;

• the insurance pay from the fire would be helpful to all to get the business back on its feet. Not to rebuild elsewhere with new employees. People had worked hard for him to be an industry-leader, he thought more about the quality of the business that he will keep rather than the more profit he can make at a different location.

• as a plus, even after a grave business downfall.. He gave better benefits to the employees, given that they deserve it for the good job they have done. Because the company would not be the leader if it weren't for them.

3. How many different ethical values are involved in this situation?

INTEGRITY. Maintain personal integrity. Ethical executives earn the trust of others through personal integrity. Integrity refers to a wholeness of character demonstrated by consistency between thoughts, words and actions. Maintaining integrity often requires moral courage, the inner strength to do the right thing even when it may cost more than they want to pay. The live by ethical principles despite great pressure to do otherwise. Ethical executives are principled, honorable, upright and scrupulous. They fight for their beliefs and do not sacrifice principle for expediency.

4. Whose interest should feuerstein consider in making this decision?
