HP has an unique training program[b]. In addition HP needs to do assessments where gaps exist between employees and[c] managers. Moreover, assessments help managers to understand where training activities can have the most impact within their organization. HP understands that the only way the company can be prosperous is with congruously trained employees. That's why they came up with a training system which is unique to HP only.
This not only will avail in HP’s employees in being able to perform the obligatory functions of their position, but will instill them with the cognizance or rules and regulations that HP has set in place, to align with regime regulations. Beginning one’s vocation with the correct training avails the employee efficaciously[d] handling the responsibilities of their job, but be yare[e] to move toward the next step of fixating on the employees vocation path and developing the incipient skills for integrated responsibilities or incipient positions[f].HP's organizational learning enables companies to manage everything to be successful their business, and to introduce a flatter organizational structure, which can lead to reduced costs and incremented productivity. [g]Organizational learning betokens the process of amending actions through better erudition and understanding. To operate efficaciously, organizations need to fit oralign themselves with their environment, strategies, capabilities and leadership skills. To compete prosperously in a highly competitive and fluctuating business environment, however, organizations withal need to achieve fitness and the competency to learn and transmute to fit incipient circumstances. In other words, firms can lose their competitive advantage through the lapse of time, consequently learning is the only sustainable competitive advantage there is a plethora of competion[h]. However, HP working proximately[i] with its HR team, so they can prosperously integrate fresh incipient aptitude to the team. In integrations, Importantly however, the most efficacious way to develop people is quite different from conventional skills training, which let's face it many employees regard quite negatively. Furthermore, Employees need to feel valued and appreciated, be given feedback, provided with magnification[l] opportunities, be given work-life balance options, and have trust and confidence in their bellwethers. All of these retention strategies are[m] benign when an employer wants to keep employees, and promote from with in, which is very paramount.
