The Management Model in the Indian Scenario which affects the Socio-Political Environment is classified as a Spiritualistic Model, as, Ethics is a perception where an individual has different view point towards each and every aspects of a management method in a business entity, where it happens to be an importance to the human values as well.
The Indian Culture is unique in its own sensible way. The morals are taught directly from the childhood like respecting elders, wishing teachers with respect, correct way to communication with a particular person, which would affect the ethical background of the Indians in a very positively good aspect that happens to be a great deal in our society. There happens to a relation between Ethics and Spirituality that normally leads to assure that organization maintain a good status and reputation, many managers of business concerned about the external factors as well as the internal factors helps to increase the value of ethics in the society, thereby which influences the wings of political importance comparatively.
Therefore, I conclude that the Management Model in the Indian Socio-Political Environment is the Spiritualistic Model, as the Management Model contains the Spiritual Factors affecting the Socio-Political aspect influenced by our culture.

The process of retirement planning starts with estimating how much one would need to maintain a comfortable lifestyle when old. Also important is to have an estimate of how many resources one already has. With these two number in hand one can come up with an estimate of the gap between what one ha and what one wants. Again at different ages people are motivated by different goals. And the amount of money invested in each of these time periods would therefore differ. While young fewer resources can be invested for the purposes of old age, but the building of corpus must start.
