Executive Summary
Smoking is harmful and should be stopped by smokers as it has many effects especially on the lungs and the kidney functioning. This report talks about a solution for smoking. Me and my fellows took Electronic Cigerettes as a solution for this problem as it helps smokers quit. We have used the electronic cigerete as the hypothesis for our problem. We gave the quistionaire to students at different faculties including pharmacy, management and applied arts, and is formed of approximately 40% girls and 60% boys. The results were our hypothesis was accepted as 56.5% of students preferred our hypothesis and the other 43.5% rejected our hypothesis.
Introduction
The problem
Smoking effects not only the smokers but also people around the,> Smoking leads to lung cancer and kidney damage besides it costs high and is harmful to children. We wanted a solution for this problem as it is important because smoking is nowadays famous and popular and is becoming a habit for young people. Smoking related diseases cause an estimated 440,000 american deaths each year. Smoking costs the united states over $150,000 billion annually in health care costs.
The hypothesis
We thought of electronic cigeretes as a source of solution for our problem, this method gives the smoker the feeling of smoking a real cigerte but in fact it does not contain nicotine that harms the smoker. Anytime the smoker needs to smoke he could have an electric cigerte that gives him/her the same feeling.
