1. What are the macro and/or micro level problems?

a) Macro-

 Re-evaluate the strategy of the OD

 The lack of support from members of the OD group

 Zoltan favoritism towards Kay could become a problem, because other members, particularly Pete, make a lot of jokes about this fact.

 Some of the employees wanted to have a change in Resistance

b) Micro-

 Zoltan became less enthusiastic about the OD group and only dealt with Kay and Indar

 Negative opinion about training and not wanting to make any changes

 OD group started out strong and as time went by the group slacked up. The group also started with high energy and as time went by the energy decreased

 OD group has various experiences in different fields

2. What are the potential causes (please support your view)?

 The company produced traditional computer keyboards, but competition from cheaper labor markets in other countries forced it to change its products. (Brown 2011) OD group members have various experiences in different fields but there is a lot of division with no one having prior exclusive leadership experience. A second rift occurred when the group began to see less of Zoltan as the training progressed. (Brown 2011) OD group members have mixed ideas about the training program.

3. What are your recommendations?

 OD group members should start supporting each other ideas. The OD group needs to become more efficient with time management
