I. Executive Summary

The Marketing Plan for B.Burger is created to complete with strong competitors such as McDonalds and Burger King and to give customers more choices to choose from and to provide a healthier and nutrients to kids and even adults.

This Marketing Plan consist of the following major parts:

• Analyzing current situation, including demographic, legal/political situation, economic and business conditions, social-cultural factors and demand and demand trend.

• Identifying major competitors and analyzing competitors strength and weakness to promote B Burger exclusive and healthier meal set for consumers.

• Analyzing strength and weakness of B Burger, Burger King and McDonalds, as well as identifying opportunities for B Burger and threat facing Burger King and McDonalds.

• On the basis of these analyses, the target market of B Burger is identified as children and student segment and health consicious people segment.

• In order to accomplish the plan's objectives of building brand awareness and increasing sales, the 4 P's strategies are developed. These include product, pricing, distribution and promotion strategies.

• Finally are issues concerning the implementation and control of the marketing plan, including implementation schedule and evaluation of the plan in terms of sales and market share.

In a food industries, there are many varieties of food where everybody has tasted before and each carry is own flavor and smell. Burger is one of the very popular fast food in any western countries since in the past and it has now become a very popular food in the Asia country as well during the past decades.
