Prior to the advent of the large companies, the abilities of each person was the most important thing for them. Nowadays, companies are running as a group of people and the importance of cooperation has emerged in our society. Consequently, the ability to cooperate with other people is more important today than in the past.

To begin with, well cooperated group could earn more good result for them.

This is because working as a group could gather more information and is more efficient than working alone.

For example, when I was a student in my middle school, there was a assignment for a presentation. I always like to work alone so I prepared a presentation by myself. I experienced and understand that working alone takes more time and the result can’t be more better than those who work as a group. This was my first experience that ability of cooperation is very important.

In addition, the cooperation of the group could help for each mental health.

When the group of people have confidence each other and talking enough, this could make them mentally healthy.

According to a study conducted by Standford University in 2009, there were two groups of people which one is well cooperated and one is not. The two group had provided five assignments to solve and professors researched the result. Later, both groups were interviewed and it showed that group is well cooperated showed better result on solving the assignment and also, the members of the group showed that they are mentally healthy.
