Apple shows leadership in the mobile phone market
The iPhone 5 has been hitting record sales and endorsement by consumers. With 2million preorders in the first 24 hours the iPhone 5 just about doubles advanced sales of the previous model. The iphone 5 was upgraded with a faster network, bigger screen, better camera, better battery life and more giving consumers just enough to want to upgrade. Although none of these upgrades were groundbreaking, they were just enough for able to maintain dominance and surgency leadership in the mobile industry.
Although apple is sensitive to the consumers wants regarding the iphone 5, they also paid attention to what the phone needs in order to be successful and balanced the two resulting in an agreeableness in leadership. The new iPhone 5 is made of aluminum and glass with a high performance processer, retina display and much more. Apple has shown quality in all of their phones but none other like the iPhone 5. Not to mention quality of the easy to use interface and operating system that fans know and love. This provides conscientiousness and dependability in the iPhone 5.
Apple has provided adjustment in its level of stability and willingness to restructure the iPhone in order to catch up with android and join the 4G LTE data network providing consumers with faster data speeds. Apple showed openness to both consumers and partners when making the screen size bigger. Most consumers wanted a bigger screen size from apple but most partners would lose out on a new screen size by forcing a revamp of applications. Apple was able to show flexibility by only making the iphone 5 taller but not wider. This allows for consumers to get the bigger screen that they want and their partners the convenience of not having to reform applications.
