EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Present era is an age of dynamic technology where everybody in this world is going online. Information is just a click away. This boost in technology has crossed all traditional and cultural boundaries. Therefore, the field of E-Commerce has also evolved with the passage of time. Countries like Pakistan where literacy rate is quite low are also rapidly moving towards digitalization. It is so because life without internet seems impossible whether it comes to business or end consumers.
While exploring ideas about our business plan, we shortlisted the idea to develop a website which will provide detailed, comparable and customized information and survey reports to our customers regarding real estate and property buying/ selling options available across various cities of Pakistan. In addition to this, our website will act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers by providing various value added services like options for interior designing, construction and leasing services. The customers will also be able to access these services through a mobile application available for smart phones. Although there are number of websites operating in our local market-space but we feel that our value proposition and the package of services that we are providing will help us distinguish our business from rest of others. In forthcoming paragraphs we will discuss our business plan, its basic theme, target market, legal and financial structure, we will also explain our business model through business model canvas including the 9 elements of the business model along with marketing & sales strategies and future prospects.

Furthermore, people have to look for various other services related to personal and commercial property like construction and interior designing. People who are not able to acquire real estate at once also feel the need to get loans from the bank.
