FLIPKART OR FLOPKART

“Flipkart has cheated us”, “Flipkart is a fraud”, “Flop show” ......It’s been a week since the controversial big billion day happened and i still find my facebook wall bombarded with pictures and comments criticising the giant online retailer on the social media front. Being a loyal flipkart customer i was seriously affected by the back lashing done by the media and its competitors in the best possible manner so as to seriously damage its image. But what I personally feel is that flipkart’s intentions were honest, the only part where they somewhat lacked was the execution part which I think they would have taken a lesson from and would definitely do it well, the next time.

You can’t stop the rumours from starting and you can’t change peoples minds who believe them all you can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than to talk about you” .In India we have a tradition to be a follower and not to be a leader. Did we even have a courtesy to take a look at the whole issue and then comment. No we didn’t had the time to take so much pains so what we did was we took the opinions of those who had faced some discomfort in the process and started becoming their well wishers by showing disrespect in the best possible manner. I am not saying this in vain I have some figures to support this through the various websites I came to know that on the big billion day there were around one billion hits on the website which meant that  this was the no. Of people who visited the website on that particular day so on an estimate even if we increase the no. by 2 billion, this should have been the no. who would have commented on the status of the company how come there were around 4 billion people who had showed their disinterest even when they didn’t visit the website .These 2 billion are those illogical Indians who just followed the tradition because being an Indian they have a moral right to comment on every damn thing of the Earth regardless of whether they know about it or not. To be very sensible we are not gods there has been a time when all of us have committed mistakes because nobody on this Earth is perfect and nobody has it easy. Everybody has issues and we never know what people are going through so just pause before judging, criticizing and mocking others because “It is very easy to find fault in others but finding greatness in others is a real virtue”.
