The equipment's that available in Giant are the numbers of trolleys in Giant are sufficient to for customer use when they are shopping at Giant. The trolleys may help the customers save energy without carrying heavy items such as a packet 5kg of rice, a bottle 5kg of oils while shopping, because customers may not just come to a supermarket to buy so little items, they may want to buy a month of groceries like biscuit, rice, and soft drinks. Thus, the trolleys helped a lot to customers, it help to load of many items into it. The Giant staffs will check the trolleys station frequently through the "CCTV" whether there is sufficient of trolleys, beside that they will collect the trolleys back from the cars park zone and all around the Giant area that those customers just finished shopping and leave it at the stop that place trolleys to restore back to the trolleys station and when there's some trolleys is not in a good condition and it may harm the customers from injury, the staffs will repair it into. They always check those trolleys one by one whether it is in a good condition to let the customers use to prevent them get harm from injury. They will check the trolleys wheels that might led the customers can't control the trolleys smoothly and whether the handler of trolleys is tight enough to hold it. Lastly the staffs will clean up the trolleys that contain rubbishes, some irresponsible users the will left some rubbish such as papers, water bottles, can drinks, so that it can make sure the next customers that use the trolleys feel comfortable and safe to use.
