McBride Financial Services is a startup mortgage lender whose goal is to provide customer with a low cost mortatage services in five states Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota (Apollo Group, 2007). McBride Financial Services decided to revitalize it recent marketing plan so that they can contact customers in a more reasonable way to fit the profile of the buyer that their services are created for.
McBride Financial Services must have a quality research. After research it will help McBride Financial Services to have and familiarize company toward the needs of the customers and could make decisions that will bring more customers to their individual branch offices. Determining where the company stands with its current customers is important because they can build on their current market strategies to reach new customers and excite current customers with new services. McBride will attempt to contact their current customer and have them fill out a short survey for an easy research method. Eventually this survey will be used to highlight the services and products that their customers currently are happy with on the company end and place in which they believe. Several consumer organization use similar survey to form an idea of how different industries are performing and what works for companies and what doesn’t. McBride could look into accessing surveys like this to obtain a broader concept of what consumers look for from their mortgage companies and what those companies offer. In other words, determine their competitors and what they are doing right and see what they can improve upon the other company’s thoughts.
McBride should look for ways to marketing there company by using different kinds of promotional ads like Local TV ads to newspaper ads. This will be the best ways to bring customers who may be in the market but they don’t know where to look for this kind of information. This will give McBride a head up to customer when the customer wants a mortgage. McBride should offer special discount to their clients and provide them incentive to use the mortgage company that the realtor advises. Various mortgage companies take advantage for partnering with local realtor to bring new clients to the company. This will provide the client with a peace of mind especially when a local mortgage broker at their side of the sale. McBride Financial Services should consider developing a website for customers research and become familiar with McBride will help to bring new customers in. Bringing in new customers is crucial to making profit and reaching the company’s goal of breaking even.
