Microsoft is a true global enterprise; present in every part of the World so for it to be successful it has adopt the culture in the country it is present in. To understand the different cultures Microsoft hires professionals from all diverse cultures. Microsoft also wants to bring growth to underserved communities and so it works with NGOs that are committed to growth programs in developing and underdeveloped countries. So Microsoft works towards both; having diverse workforce and diverse partners as it understands that such diversity has limitless benefits for the company in the long run.
