Abstract
The main idea behind this paper is to investigate the roles and responsibilities of the Risk Manager on an organization. This paper addresses what I must do as a risk manager of the organization Missouri Mules Corporation in order to retain legal counsel to the organization to constitute its different distribution, retail and organizational related operations. The main findings in this paper includes from where I can find a legal counsel, and analyze whether the selected legal counsel will fit for the organization’s needs or not; identifying all the legal needs of an organization and describing all those required legal needs; how to identify and select the best legal counselling that fit for the organization from among the pool of legal counselling giving candidates; and the steps to be taken while deciding the best hourly pay rate for the employees; and finally to describe the legal counselling recommendations from my side as a risk manager of the organization.
