For a company of airline it is important what people think of it, therefore we think it is a strength because Singapore airline is very know around Singapure for that reason reputation have the 10% in strength. To get a good reputation should give to customers a good service because Singapure airline give a high quality service and a high cost for the excellent service that they give, for that reason service have the 20% of strength. To give a good service they must have train every employ really hard for that reason training the personal have the 10%. The financial position is the one that would keep the company in this industry but financial depends of the good service keep the company like one of the better in this market for that reason financial position have the 10%.
