SS Credit 4.1: Alternative Transportation—Public Transportation Access
This credit is meant to reduce pollution because people will drive cars less. The requirements for the credit is that you need a bus terminal or train station less than a ½ mile away from the construction so that people can access the public transportation by walking. The strategies are to take a survey to ask the people who will live in the building where they are going on the public transportation so we can build the building near the right bus or train station locations.
Water Efficiency
WE Credit 3: Water Use Reduction

If you save 30% you get 2 points, 35% is 3 points, and 40% is 4 points. Some strategies for this credit is to capture the rainfall water and recycle it or you could invest in energy efficient appliances and toilets to reduce overall water use.

EA Credit 6: Green Power
