After 2.5+ years of experience in IT profession, I want to continue my quest for knowledge to reach a new level of professional competence. Pursuing MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management will be the first step towards my aspiration. With the skillsets acquired, thereafter I aim to reach the top management level by taking up a leadership role and be an instrumental part in fostering my organization’s growth.

Through my professional experience, I have honed my teambuilding, technical and interpersonal skills which has greatly attributed to my persona. On this foundation of basic insights of the business world, I urge for an exhaustive understanding of management concepts which will help me deal with the emerging management issues. A management degree will improve my leadership skills, decision making abilities and acquaint me with knowledge of all spheres of management which will give me comprehensive first-hand know-how of essential business concepts.

I have always tried to push myself when the going gets tough. Quitting is not an option for me. This is one thing that I think other students can learn from me. I think that my calm and composed nature and my ability to stay patient in critical situations has always helped me to make decisions. This is another trait of me which can enrich the experience of Great Lakes Community.

Pursuing PGPM from a premier institute like Great Lakes Institute of Management and being a part of valuable student pool of Class 2019 will be a milestone which will help me transform myself to take up leadership roles in the competitive market environment. It will facilitate me to improve my analytical and managerial abilities through its rich pedagogy practices along with a sense of social responsibility. Initiatives taken by GLIM like ‘Karma Yoga’ are aligned with my interest and will provide me a platform to contribute towards benefit of society. I have a strong desire to be a part of this elite institute as I believe right education in the right institute, will open doors of excellence in my chosen field of study.
