- Appropriate documentation must be submitted to the instructor in a timely manner.

- Before Mondays at 11:59pm.

d. What happens if a student fails to take the Chapter Quiz by the deadline?

- The student will receive a Zero.

e. What happens if a student fails to score 70 on any Chapter Quiz?

- The student must contact the instructor to have the next section opened up.

f. What happens if a student accumulates 3 ZERO scores (Assignments, Quizzes, or Exams)?

-The student will be withdrawn from the course.
